Personal training is so much more than exercises in the gym. You are supported and challenged in your sessions. My style as a personal trainer largely focuses on mobility and strength. More and more information and studies are available, citing that resistance style training is hugely beneficial to support muscle mass and bone health which deteriorates with age. Exercising also improves overall mental health and self-confidence.

This hypnosis is best listened to before sleep. Coupled with listening to trance recordings regularly before sleep and hypnotherapy sessions, clients have reported improved sleep patterns, better mood and overall a more positive approach to daily life.

I’ve always been committed to staying active, but I recognised it was time to focus more on resistance training, core strength, and flexibility. My son introduced me to Eleanor, and I couldn’t be more grateful. In just under 12 months, not only have I made real progress in all those areas, but I’ve also built my self-confidence along the way. Eleanor’s approach is professional, supportive, holistic and genuinely enjoyable. I always look forward to training with her each week – I’m stronger, more flexible, AND having fun doing it!

I have known Ellie for a while now so I didn't think twice about trying hypnotherapy with her. I have to say that I had no expectations and the results have been amazing. I was really struggling to sleep, waking in the middle of the night, not resting enough, feeling tired at work and feeling I wasn't able to break that cycle. Hypnotherapy just did that, after 4 sessions my sleep improved massively, and after nearly 2 months of treatment I am finally resting well. I have had psychotherapy in the past which wasn't as effective and I feel this was the complement I needed. Ellie was amazing, very professional but also had a really kind approach. She helped me navigate quite a few things that were affecting my sleep. I can't thank her enough and recommend her enough! Thank you Ellie, I would definitely be coming back !!!

Eleanor has been my Personal Trainer for over three years. She is my third personal trainer, so I was quite familiar with strength training when we first started together. Notwithstanding that she has helped me achieve strength specific goals which I had not thought achievable and ultimately helped me work towards long term health and fitness. I have greater mobility, am fitter, am stronger and have learnt how much of an impact exercise can have on my mental health and stress levels. What I particularly like about Eleanor is her approach. The current climate of the fitness industry seems to focus on the aesthetics of a "before and after" and the phases of "shredding and bulking", rather than the long term benefits and allowing someone to enjoy their fitness regime without any of those demands! Eleanor listens to my needs and would never impose any form of diet or plan. Eleanor's ethos really is all around general health and wellbeing and to that end I have reaped the benefits of regular qigong practice, cold water swimming and hypnotherapy. Undoubtedly, the wider impacts of all of this on my wellbeing has allowed my career to flourish. I can't imagine life without Eleanor now!

I found Eleanor when looking for a local Qigong class, I read up about her PT sessions and that she was knowledgeable about hyper mobility, the synergy was perfect just the things I needed. I have been training with her for over a year and my strength is so much better, I love her qigong workshops/classes and we always have a good laugh when I’m training. She’s got a great approach to overall training and has never made me feel bad or weak when I’m not feeling at full strength or tackling a new exercise. I’d really recommend working with her if you’ve new goals or for continued conditioning, I don’t regret taking the plunge and getting a personal trainer something I’d always wanted but hadn’t had the courage to do.
