Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is categorised as a form of ‘talking therapy’ that seamlessly integrates psychotherapy with hypnosis. The state of hypnosis, often referred to as ‘trance,’ is a natural and tranquil condition facilitated through guided relaxation. In this state, the mind can unwind, allowing for focused attention on constructive thoughts and suggestions.

I offer 1-2-1 fitness, wellbeing, and personal training sessions at M20 Personal Training in Didsbury, South Manchester. They are tailored just for you to help you achieve your goals in an easy-going environment.

Motivation and body confidence.

Training and going to the gym can help us de-stress, increase strength and make us feel so much better. Training consistently can help in so many ways: it improves our sleep, overall fitness, mood, stress levels, boosts our general energy levels, and so much more.

Strength training is vital particularly for women as we head toward perimenopause and menopause. Women can lose up to 20% of muscle mass and up to 30% of bone density, so strength and resistance training can have a hugely positive impact.

Motivation to get to the gym and exercise doesn’t come naturally to everyone or perhaps you simply want to mix up your training routine and that’s where I come in.

Qigong

The ancient Chinese practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise and healing.

Qigong, pronounced as ‘chee-gung,’ presents an avenue for skilfully directing the flow of energy, known as ‘qi,’ throughout the body, all without overly taxing the body. Through purposeful movement and focused intention, we attune ourselves to the rhythms of life and the changing seasons. On a physical level, Qigong serves as a transformative practice, enhancing flexibility, balance, joint mobility, and strength. Simultaneously, it fosters the cultivation of inner peace and harmony.

 

I offer in person classes at Yoga Sangha Cheadle and workshops at The Heaton’s Studio in Heaton Moor. For a more personalised experience I also offer 1-2-1 Qigong in Didsbury and online.
