For several years, I’ve dedicated myself to guiding individuals on their holistic wellness journeys, employing a diverse array of techniques and practices. My exploration has traversed a spectrum of exercises, drawing from Eastern traditions to Western methodologies. I’ll soon be integrating hypnotherapy into my repertoire. My fundamental belief rests in the interconnectedness of mind and body; I advocate that nurturing both is essential. In a world that demands so much from us, I deeply prioritise self-care as a cornerstone of overall well-being.

My offerings encompass personalised 1-2-1 hypnotherapy and Qigong sessions, available both in-person in South Manchester, and online. In hypnotherapy sessions, expect a nurturing, non-judgmental space designed to support your journey towards becoming the best version of yourself.

Each session aims to guide and empower you through compassionate care. In Qigong sessions, we’ll take a targeted approach to deepen your practice, focusing on refining techniques that will elevate and enrich your experience.

Diving deeper into my journey, I’ve been passionately exploring diverse practices aimed at harmonising both the mind and body. My fascination with holistic wellness dates back to my early years, where I engaged in hatha yoga, meditation, and fitness training. In more recent chapters of my life, I’ve delved into the transformative realms of qigong and hypnotherapy.

This exploration holds personal significance, sparked by my own quest for healing. Having grappled with chronic fatigue, IBS, and hypermobility syndrome, I intimately understand the challenges life can throw our way. I believe that while life’s challenges are unavoidable, our capacity to navigate them with grace, adaptability, and a steadfast sense of resilience can be transformative.

Through recounting my own journey, my goal is to share practices that played a pivotal role in my personal healing. I am genuinely hopeful that by doing so, I can empower others to confront life’s obstacles, not from a place of depletion, but with the inner strength to confront them directly.
